Michael and Barbara Pond, of Mount Airy, celebrated their 55th anniversary April 25, 2019.
The couple was married April 25, 1964, in Quincy, Illinois.
Michael Pond is the son of the late Edna Pond-Woodrum and Stanley Pond.
Barbara Pond is the daughter of the late Virgil and Marguerite Howser.
They are the parents of Michael K. Pond, of Mount Airy; Erin L. Hogan, of Westminster; and Ryan S. Pond, of Sykesville. They have four grandchildren.
