Join Boy Scout Troop 393 at the Carroll County Farm Museum on Wednesday, June 14 for a Flag Day ceremony.
Flags in need of proper retirement will be decommissioned at 6 p.m. The Farm Museum, at 500 South Center St., Westminster, will be collecting retired flags at the main administrative building from noon to 4 p.m Sunday, June 11.
