No one has come forward to claim a $1 million prize from a winning Powerball ticket sold at a Sykesville liquor store, Maryland Lottery officials said Thursday.
The ticket was sold Saturday night, Jan. 17, at Piney Run Liquors at 577 Johnsville Road.
The ticket was a second-tier winner, meaning it matched all the white balls but missed the Powerball.
Saturday's Powerball drawing will be for an estimated $230 million.
