Nagy allegedly tried to steal another man's bike Wednesday while pointing a black handgun at him near a community pond in Westminster, according to charging documents.

Nagy was apprehended by police because he matched a suspect description given by the victim and another witness, according to charging documents. The victim told police he was "100 percent positive" in identifying Nagy as his assailant, according to charging documents.

Nagy was being held at the detention center and therefore could not be reached for comment Thursday.
