Messiah Evangelical Lutheran Church, in Berrett, has announced that congregation members Alex Little, Emily Richardson, Taylor Graves and Victoria Johnson are recipients of the Rose Felter Scholarship.

Rose and Bob Felter and their three children were members of Messiah Lutheran Church for many years. In 1988, Rose passed away; she had a long, hard battle with cancer. The Felters were very active in the life of Messiah Lutheran, especially with the youth groups. When Rose died, a scholarship fund was established in her name to benefit youths of the congregation pursuing advanced education.
