Students from Carroll Community College traveled to Annapolis Feb. 11 for Student Advocacy Day, an annual activity in which students from Maryland's 16 community colleges meet with their legislators to discuss their personal experiences with community colleges.

The Maryland Association of Community Colleges organizes Student Advocacy Day.

The legislators who met with students from Carroll Community College included Sen. Justin Ready, Del. Susan Krebs and Del. Haven Shoemaker.
