North Carroll Senior Book Discussion Group: "Inside the O'Briens," by Lisa Genova: 11 a.m. For adults. Join the library for a lively discussion of this month's book at the North Carroll Senior Center. A Celebrating America program. This program is presented in collaboration with the One Maryland One Book initiative of the Maryland Humanities Council.

Bring your device and your library card for this hands-on program.
American Girls: Tea Party: 6:45 p.m. For ages 7-10. Join the library for stories and more. Bring your dolls or dress up. Only kids need to register. Refreshments will be served. A Celebrating America program.

Read and Play: 10:30 a.m. For ages birth-24 months, with accompanying caregiver. Join your little one at a storytime featuring interactive books, rhymes, music and movement, followed by playgroup activities which allow children to practice skills and socialize.
