A Westminster man received two three-year sentences with all but time served suspended for entering a woman's Mount Airy apartment and assaulting her and another person in March.

Zook was arrested in March after one of the victims applied for charges with the court, according to court records.

The victim reported that Zook had gone to her apartment, walked into her bedroom and yelled at her, then assaulted another person who entered the apartment, according to the records.

Zook was ordered to have no contact with the victims, attend an abuser intervention program and be evaluated for substance abuse treatment as terms of his probation, according to Harkavy.
