Manchester police responded to a call of a disorderly person in the 3000 block of Main Street on Tuesday to find the victim sitting, not fully conscious, in front of his apartment and bleeding profusely from his face, according to charging documents.

Statements taken by police from the victim and another witness indicated that Reoli, who lives in an apartment beneath the victim's, had been yelling and beating on the ceiling for the victim to be quiet, eventually coming to the victim's door to yell at him for causing some noise that the victim could not identify, according to charging documents.

Despite being told that no one in the victim's apartment was making any noise, witnesses and the victim told police, Reoli continued to shout and yell from his basement apartment, prompting the mother of the victim's children to knock on Reoli's door to tell him that her children were asleep upstairs, according to charging documents.

A verbal altercation ensued, according to charging documents, and the victim also came to Reoli's door, where Reoli allegedly struck the victim in the eye, causing the victim to fall to the ground, and Reoli allegedly kicked him in the head and neck.

Charging documents show that Reoli gave the following account to police: The victim pushed his way into Reoli's home and so Reoli punched the victim, then the victim stumbled and came toward Reoli again, when Reoli struck the victim again and then kicked him in the head.

The victim had trouble recalling the events of the altercation and exhibited slurred speech in his interview with police, and after treatment at the hospital he was reported to have "a broken nose and multiple fractures," according to charging documents.
