Oldham was released from the Carroll County Detention Center Saturday after posting $20,000 bond.

A trooper from the Maryland State Police Westminster Barrack stopped Oldham's vehicle around 10:24 a.m. Friday after he was observed driving 95 mph on Md. 140 near Sandymount Road, according to charging documents. The posted speed limit is 55 mph.

The trooper detected an odor of alcohol and a check of Motor Vehicle Administration records showed that his license was revoked, according to the documents.

While stepping out of the vehicle, Oldham fell onto the road and refused to perform field sobriety tests, according to the documents.

Oldham was arrested and transported to the detention center's central booking unit.
