A Manchester man is charged with multiple counts of using a stolen credit card and is being held without bond at the Carroll County Detention Center.

Joshua D. Cunningham, 21, of the 2600 block of Susanann Drive, is charged with four counts of obtaining money by using a stolen credit card and one count of theft scheme, according to electronic court files.

Cunningham was arrested Wednesday based on an application for charges filed by the victim that claimed he had used the victim's credit card on at least four occasions to wire himself money.

The victim said Cunningham is a heroin addict and is a danger to himself, according to the application for charges.

Similar charges were filed by the same victim on Dec. 31 and Cunningham was released on bond, according to electronic court files.
