Brad Thomas Hutzler, 32, of the 2000 block of East Baltimore Street in Taneytown, was arrested for assault Thursday.
Hutzler is charged with first- and second-degree assault, second-degree assault of a law enforcement officer and alcoholic beverage intoxication endangering safety, according to the Carroll County Detention Center.
He is being held on $125,000 bail.
