Three Carroll County residents were charged with burglary after they allegedly stole from a house on April 19.

Brittany Heinbuch, 28, of Mount Airy; Ronald Grochowski Jr., 42, of Mount Airy; and Alyssabeth Huber, 28, of Westminster, were arrested and charged with stealing from a house in the 500 block of Bear Branch Road, according to the statement of charges.

Grochowski, Huber and Heinbuch were each charged with two misdemeanors of conspiracy to commit first-degree burglary and theft ranging between $100 to under $1,500, and two felony charges for first- and second-degree burglary. Heinbuch was also charged with a misdemeanor of second-degree assault, according to court records.

Heinbuch and Grochowski are being held without bail after Tuesday hearings. Huber was released on a $2,500 bail after her hearing Wednesday.

Heinbuch and Grochowski are being represented by the Carroll County Office of the Public Defender, according to online court records. No attorney was listed for Huber. Public defenders for Heinbuch and Grochowski could not be reached Wednesday.

Court hearings for Heinbuch and Grochowski are scheduled for May 29. A trial is scheduled for Huber on June 26.
