Carroll Lutheran Village is reorganizing its business structure after nearly 40 years of serving older adults in Carroll County and a 2016 expansion into Howard County. Lutheran Social Ministries of Maryland Inc. has been formed to serve as the parent company to Carroll Lutheran Village and The Lutheran Village at Miller's Grant in Ellicott City.
The Board of Trustees for Lutheran Social Ministries of Maryland was elected Oct. 16 by representatives of 24 Lutheran churches that now comprise the Lutheran Social Ministries of Maryland Corporation. The inaugural board includes:
