Land owners who would like to install and maintain conservation projects, like riparian buffers, have a new funding opportunity through the Natural Resources Conservation Service’s Regional Conservation Partnership Program. U.S. Department of Agriculture Deputy Secretary Krysta Harden joined Maryland conservation leaders at Terra Rubra Farms in Carroll County Tuesday yesterday to announce the program.
