Holiday Hope 2019
Holiday Hope is the Carroll County Times’ annual campaign driving donations to five organizations that help those in need in Carroll County. Holiday Hope benefits Carroll County Food Sunday, Access Carroll, Neighbors in Need Year Round, Carroll Hospice and The Shepherd's Staff.

Thousands enjoyed Westminster's annual BBQ Stroll which is among the first big events in Carroll County post-pandemic, and featured 10 breweries, three distilleries, one winery and 16 food vendors, most dishing out barbecue to the many residents walking up and down Main Street.
