Carroll County Farm Museum reopens, offers tours
The Carroll County Farm Museum in Westminster reopened July 22 after being closed since March due to the Covid-19 pandemic.

Thousands enjoyed Westminster's annual BBQ Stroll which is among the first big events in Carroll County post-pandemic, and featured 10 breweries, three distilleries, one winery and 16 food vendors, most dishing out barbecue to the many residents walking up and down Main Street.
