A Westminster woman faces charges after police said alcohol was involved in a Tuesday evening crash that flipped her car upside down.
Deborah Lee Norwood-Fisher, 39, was charged with driving under the influence, driving while intoxicated, failure to control speed to avoid a collision, negligent driving and reckless driving, according to Westminster Police Department.
Chief Thomas Ledwell said the crash happened on East Green Street Tuesday evening. He added the vehicle “struck two parked vehicles and flipped over.”
He added the driver was taken to a hospital in Baltimore, treated and released.
