Beginning this week drivers can expect road work to create single lane closures near the Pennsylvania border of Carroll County.
The Maryland Department of Transportation State Highway Administration announced it will be performing pavement repair work on Md. 86, Lineboro Road, between Md. 30, Hanover Pike, and the Pennsylvania line.
Motorists can expect single lane closures guided by flaggers Monday through Friday between 8 a.m. and 4 p.m. until the work is complete in early December.
There will be no lane closures for the Thanksgiving holiday, between 9 p.m. Wednesday and 9 p.m. Nov. 26.
