After more than 25 years, the tradition continues as St. James United Methodist Church at Dennings holds its annual Christmas Bazaar, Saturday, Nov. 3, 8 a.m. to 2 p.m. at the church, 3000 Marston Road, Westminster.
Crafters will be on hand to help you with all your holiday shopping. Items available for purchase include Christmas and Maryland-themed crafts, jewelry, stained glass, as well as crocheted and sewn items.
Commercial vendors include Scentsy candles, Tupperware, Thirty-One bags, and Color Street Nail Strips.
Bring your appetite because there will be plenty of food available throughout the day. Breakfast items include egg sandwiches, while the lunch menu includes a variety of sandwiches, soups, and fried chicken platters. After all that, if you’re still hungry, Deanna Grayson, co-chairperson of the event, suggests “a huge bake sale [table] will be available to satisfy your sweet tooth.”
The ever popular Christmas White Elephant Table, sponsored by the church is back again this year. Here you will find gently used and new Christmas dishes and décor and great holiday gift items.
Proceeds from the annual bazaar benefit church maintenance and their many missions. If you have any questions regarding this event, contact Deanna Grayson at 443-605-5881.
