The Carroll Arts Center was bustling with generosity during its annual Festival of Wreaths, one of the major fundraisers for the Carroll County Arts Council.

The Festival, which ended Sunday, Dec. 2, attracted an estimated 3,800 visitors. It was in its 21st year and featured 165 unique theme wreaths.

The wreaths were created by individuals, businesses and clubs and were offered to the public in a week-long silent auction that raised more than $22,000 for the Arts Council.

The public voted on their favorites and the winners are as follows:

  • “Elf Wonderland” by Paula Mettala for Boys and Girls Club of Westminster.
