The Maryland Department of Transportation State Highway Administration will host a public meeting next week on the ongoing work to widen Md. 32.
The next phase of the Md. 32 improvement project, between Linden Church Road and Interstate 70, is scheduled to start construction this summer, with completion expected by summer 2022.
The construction involves expanding Md. 32 from a two-lane road to a four-lane highway with shoulders.
The public meeting on Wednesday, May 15 will provide additional information and give people an opportunity to discuss the project details with SHA representatives and the Design-Build Team, according to a news release from the agency.
The meeting will be held in the Glenelg High School cafeteria, at 14025 Burntwoods Road, from 6:30 to 8:30 p.m.
