The Francis Scott Key class of 1963 is accepting applications for a $1,000 scholarship to be given to a Francis Scott Key High School senior who is a resident of Carroll County. Selection of the winner will be based on being an heir of a member of the FSK Class of 1963, written evidence of acceptance to a post-secondary educational institution, GPA, and a written explanation indicating academic commitment as well as career goals.
The student must include a copy of the acceptance letter from the post-secondary educational institution. The scholarship will be given at the awards program in June. Applications are available from the school's guidance counselor and must be postmarked by May 1.
