Crash in Manchester kills Salisbury woman, 23, Maryland State Police say

A crash in Manchester killed a 23-year-old Salisbury woman early Saturday morning, Maryland State Police say.
Troopers responded to a report at about 1:20 a.m. of a single-vehicle collision on Hanover Pike south of Cape Horn Road, according to a state police news release. Taylor L. Smith was pronounced dead at the scene.
State police said Smith had been traveling south on Hanover Pike when her car, a 2007 Pontiac Torrent, moved off the right side of the road and hit a utility pole.
State police are investigating.
