Why do you want to serve in this role?

I want to continue to serve in my role as a Councilman in Hampstead in order to give back to the Town. I have had the privilege to serve over the past four years. I have been able to help on many areas, and much has been accomplished, however I still have more work to do, and I want to keep Hampstead moving forward.

How do you plan to represent your municipality’s interests in the county government?

I have a good working relationship already in place with our Commissioners. During the past four years, I have spoke with them on a regular basis. I will continue to work with them for a use of the North Carroll High School Property. We will be able to come to a good use for the school, that will be benefit Hampstead and the rest of the county

Name something you would begin working to accomplish as soon as your first week on the job.

I have already laid the ground work for several projects in Town. The Gardens at Richards Cemetery, The Historical Sign on Main St. celebrating President . Coolidge coming to Town, And the Renovation of the War Memorial Park in the downtown district. I have many citizens who have asked to help with these projects. Once I am re elected we will be staring on all of these projects. As well as a few more to be announced soon.

What skills do you have to offer constituents that other candidates might not?

I have a vision of what a Main St will look like, after the SHA has finished the work on the road. As I have said, We have several projects in the works to improve the town, tourism, business, and new residents. I have the skills to oversee the projects, and the enthusiasm to get them started and completed.

What one thing would you most like to see changed?

I would like to see the construction on Main St. go faster., however when it is completed, it will have been worth the wait.

What are your campaign priorities?

My priorities are to continue to work as hard as I can for the citizens in Hampstead, and to continue keep doing whats best for them. Next to continue to work with the County for the future of the North Carroll High campus, as well as working with the SHA for a complete Main St. that will be serving our Town for years to come, and the final priority will be implementing , and completing the projects I have spoke about in the prior questions, in order to improve the town.

What is your position on the North Carroll High School site and its future uses?

Again, I have been working along with the Mayor, and Council to find a solution for North Carroll. I live right down the street from the campus, my Son and his Wife both went to North Carroll. I will work to preserve the building and campus, work with the commissioners to build a Turf field, and I support the Sheriffs Department being able to continue to use part of the building for the training Academy that has been so successful already.

With the proposed Hampstead Overlook I will continue to make sure that we work towards responsible growth that preserves the character of Hmapstead This is what has been done in the past, currently, and will be done in the future.
