As part of my career in the federal sector as a subject matter expert, manager, and executive, I have experience in implementing legislation, developing policy, deterring fraud, facilities management, construction management, emergency management, managing large and small budgets, human capital management, telecommunications, training, modernization of information technology, and quality assurance. I also led the facilities operation for the headquarters campus, which comprised nearly 300 acres and included management of 50+ contracts for snow removal, grounds, custodial, mechanical maintenance of large electrical and HVAC equipment, water treatment, and energy management. I was the project executive for the agency for the construction of the Wabash complex, a 538,000 square foot building complex and I oversaw nearly $300 million in various construction projects nationwide. I also led facilities operations at the agency’s data centers and have extensive experience in project management. Currently, I am leading an effort to implement newly enacted legislation where I am working with disability advocates nationwide to provide better protections to the elderly, disabled, and children.
