During a free workshop Thursday at Carroll Community College in Westminster, Towson University instructor Troy King of Baltimore discussed various aspects of classical guitar technique in an interactive setting. King will perform a free concert at 3:30 p.m., Saturday, “The Guitar of Spain and Latin America,” playing classical guitar favorites by Tarrega, Barrios, Villa-Lobos, and Torroba, as well as newer works by Jorge Morel and Ernesto Cordero. The concert will be held in the college’s PNC Bank Rehearsal Hall, Room 404 of the T Building.
