The Carroll County Arts Council’s 18th annual Members Show is on display at the Carroll Arts Center in Westminster through Oct. 31, and Patricia Greco’s “Soulful” was voted as the favorite by those who have attended.
According to an Arts Council news release, the show features more than 100 unique pieces created by CCAC members. Every year, the CCAC showcases their members' talent and artistry with a display of various media, including paint, photography, fiber art, woodworking and multimedia.
“I’ve worked at the Arts Council for almost a year, but this was my first Members Show,” Education and Visual Arts Coordinator Moriah Tyler is quoted as saying in the release. “Getting to know the local artist community these past nine months has definitely made this exhibit more special.”
The Members Show exhibit is free and open to the public. The show will remain on display during normal Carroll Arts Center business hours through Saturday, Oct. 31: 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. on Monday, Wednesday, Friday and Saturday and 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. on Tuesday and Thursday.
Exhibit visitors over the past two weeks scanned a QR code where they could vote for their favorites online. Here are the 10 works that received the most votes.
