Groomsmen were Bradley Stambaugh, of Keymar, brother of the groom;Eric Wetzel, of Finksburg, cousin of groom; and Brian Boese, of Taneytown. Ring bearer was Casen Wetzel, of Finksburg, godson of the groom.The reception was held at the Royer House.After a honeymoon to Nashville, Tenn., the newlyweds are residing in Taneytown.The bride, daughter of Brian and Sheri Kipe, of Fairfield, Pa., is a 2007 graduate of Smithsburg High and 2011 graduate of Penn State with a bachelor's degree. She is employed in Frederick.The groom, son of Jeff and Terri Stambaugh, of New Windsor, is a 2004 graduate of Francis Scott Key High School. He is employed in Union Bridge.
