Questions About Health Insurance?: 5:30-8:30 p.m. For adults. Open enrollment on the MD Health Connection is from Nov. 1 to Jan. 31. Navigating the website can be challenging and the library is here to help! Certified staff will be available to assist you in applying, shopping, and enrolling for health insurance on the MD Health Connection. Appointments can be made at www.doortohealthcare.org beginning in early to mid-October. Appointments are strongly encouraged but walk-ins are welcome. This program is for those not on Medicare.
