Gentle Yoga: 7 p.m. For ages 13-adults. This gentle yoga class is designed to allow students of varying abilities and physical conditions to comfortably develop his or her own yoga practice. There are many appealing aspects to yoga, including increased flexibility, relaxation, strength, improved balance, as well as stress relief and pain relief. No experience necessary. Please wear comfortable clothing, bring a mat, and a blanket. All attendees need to register.

We'll learn about different growing plants and will learn that with hard work, trial and error, and teamwork, they can build a fruitful garden. The whole community gets involved in this project; everyone will bring home a mini green house to grow herbs and veggies at home.
