Carroll Night Out: Fallfest returns for another year of activities

Westminster's annual celebration of autumn, Fallfest, returns this week for another year of family activities, music, food and more. The event, starting Thursday, lasts the entire weekend, so families will have plenty of chances to check out the fun.

Those looking to avoid the crowds may rather take in a pair of musical events also occurring this weekend as An Evening with September Song, held Saturday at the Carroll Arts Center, offers a chance to support local artists, while the North Carroll Cooperative Parish's Christian Music Festival provides a spiritual option for entertainment.
