A son, Elijah Blevins, was born at 6:27 a.m. Jan. 24, 2019, to Donna and Dennis Blevins, of Taneytown. He weighed 9 pounds, 4 ounces. Grandparents are Norma Carver, and Brinda and Tim Blevins, all of Taneytown.
