Katherine Carneval and David Roos, both of Baltimore, are engaged to be married.
The bride-to-be, daughter of Robert and Teresa Carneval, of Eldersburg, is a graduate of Liberty High School in Eldersburg. She earned her Bachelor of Science at Towson University, in Towson, and her Master of Education at Loyola University in Baltimore. She is a family services coordinator at Anne Arundel County Public Schools.
The groom-to-be, son of James and Elizabeth Roos, of Smyrna, Ga., is a graduate of Campbell High School, in Smyrna. He received his Bachelor of Business at University of Georgia, Athens, Ga. He is a marine underwriter specialist at Hanover Insurance Group.
A June 11, 2016, wedding is planned.
