Johnny and Dawn Johnsson, of Finksburg, announce the engagement of their daughter, Rachel Johnsson, of Finksburg, to Zachary Dugan, of Westminster, son of John and Kim Dugan, of Westminster.
The bride-to-be is a 2013 graduate of Carroll Community College with an Associate of Arts in business administration; a 2013 graduate of Community College of Baltimore County with an Associate of Applied Science in veterinary technology; and a 2015 graduate of the University of Baltimore with a Bachelor of Science in business administration. She a veterinary technician at Route 140 Veterinary Hospital in Finksburg.
The groom-to-be is a 2013 graduate of Carroll Community College with an Associate of Arts in business administration; and a 2015 graduate of Stevenson University with a Bachelor of Science in business administration. He is an employee benefits specialist at Corporate Coverage in Towson.
A Sept. 19 wedding is planned.
