FSK students attend leadership conference

Sophomore Francis Scott Key students Jamie Baker and Katie Yealdhall were selected to participate in the Hugh O'Brian Youth State Leadership Conference, held May 23-26 at Mount St. Mary's University.

Jamie and Katie have earned more than 840 service learning hours prior to their trip to the HOBY conference. They joined other students from across Maryland to participate in activities designed to refine leadership skills at the personal, group and societal levels. They had the opportunity to interact with local community leaders, conduct a community service project and network with HOBY Ambassadors.
