Dr. Patrick R. Gallagher III, David Johansson of O'Lordans Irish Pub & Restaurant, and Mayor Kevin Utz, City of Westminster, presented a gift totaling $2,500 to Dr. Tom Zirpoli, president & CEO of Target Community & Educational Services and the Laurence J. Adams Endowed Chair at McDaniel College.

The gift represents a portion of the proceeds raised through the Celtic Canter, an annual 5K fundraiser. Proceeds were donated to the Carroll County Children's Fund, Access Carroll, and Target Community & Educational Services. Target provides community-based services that enhance the lives of children and adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities.
