Rising star Michael Ray performs at fair's end

Following renovations, the Hap Baker Firearms Facility in Westminster reopened Wednesday April 14, 2021. The shooting center, operated by the Carroll County Department of Recreation and Parks, features a 200 yard rifle range as well as a 25-yard pistol range.
