This year your order includes the SUNDAY EDITION of the CARROLL COUNTY TIMES which will be available on Sunday or Monday.
Below you will find the request form that must be filled out completely so that your order can be processed. At the end of the school year, an affidavit will be sent to your e-mail address. It is very important that you return the affidavit promptly so that we can ensure you continue to receive this service at no cost to you.
