'Light of goodness' lit in Sykesville at start of Hanukkah

Despite the slight chill in the air, the atmosphere was warm and festive on the hill by the Sykesville Town Hall Tuesday night, as close to 100 people — perhaps more — lined up to savor fresh fried doughnuts and latkes, to dance, take photos and wish each other "Happy Hanukkah."
