Cops on a rooftop

Law enforcement leaders from the Westminster Police Department, Maryland State Police, the Carroll County Sheriff's Office and the Carroll County State's Attorney's Office spend more than 24 hours camped out on the roof of Dunkin' Donuts in Westminster Saturday and Sunday to raise money for Special Olympics Maryland.
