Overturned Oil Tanker

Oil Tanker owned by Petro Furl Co., overturns on Deer Park Road near Liberty Reservoir in Finksburg, Maryland. Fire and Hazmat crews from Carroll and Baltimore Counties responded. Officials requested Hazmat teams from the Maryland Department of the Environment. A private contractor is on location to clean up the spill.
