Vigil held for those killed in automobile crashes in past year

Carroll County residents came together Thursday evening to remember those who have lost their lives in automobile collisions in the county over the past year. The event, the ninth annual Remembrance Ceremony, is hosted by Catherine's Cause, a fund with the Community Foundation of Carroll County that Phil and Cindy Mullikin founded in 2007 to raise awareness of the effects of drunken driving.
