Carroll residents beat the heat at Union Mills creek
Several dozen county residents came out to the creek running between the Silver Run-Union Mills Lions Club Community Park and Union Mills Homestead Foundation Park to cool off on a hot and humid Friday, where temperatures reached into the 90s.
