4th Annual Gingerbread Festival
More than two dozen elaborate gingerbread houses and dioramas are on display in Human Services Programs of Carroll County's 4th Annual Gingerbread Village Festival in Westminster. The Gingerbread Village Festival is designed to raise funds for shelters and awareness of homelessness among the people of Carroll County.The festival is open Nov. 24th from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. The festival is closed on Sunday, Nov. 18 and Thanksgiving Day.
