Six members of Carroll County's 11-person delegation to the General Assembly braved the snow and poor road conditions to attend a Chamber of Commerce breakfast Tuesday morning, then met with the Carroll County Board of Commissioners, which presented legislative ideas to be considered for introduction during the upcoming legislative session.
