The word: The largest free arts festival in the country returns with three full days of entertainment, including concerts. R&B standout Kem headlines 7:30 p.m. Friday, the North Mississippi All Stars perform at 7:30 p.m. Saturday and The Wailers perform at 6:30 p.m. Sunday.
