Ravens' preseason schedule announced

The NFL announced the schedule for the preseason Wednesday.

The Baltimore Ravens' preseason will open with a Super Bowl rematch of sorts and will end with a return to the place they won that Super Bowl.

The Ravens' first preseason game will be at home against the San Francisco 49ers Aug. 7. It will be the first time the two teams have played - even in a preseason setting - since Baltimore beat San Francisco in Super Bowl XLVII last February.

The Ravens will then travel to face Tony Romo and the Dallas Cowboys before returning home to face the Washington Redskins. They then close the preseason on the road against the New Orleans Saints in the same stadium they won Super Bowl XLVII.

None of the games will be nationally televised. All will be aired on local broadcasts.

The NFL is expected to announce the regular season schedule later this month.
