Evening Story Time-Trains, Boats, & Planes: 7 p.m. For all ages. End your day in a special way. This story time, open to all ages, introduces stories through books, songs, and activities. Children 3 and younger must be accompanied by an adult caregiver.

Facebook Fundamentals: 2 p.m. For ages 13-adults. Curious about Facebook? This introduction to this popular online social media application will cover creating a profile, finding other people and organizations, adding photos and images, privacy issues, and more. All attendees need to register.

Year-Round Family Story Time-Trains, Boats, & Planes: 1 p.m. For all ages. An open invitation. This weekly story time, open to all ages, introduces stories through books, songs, and activities. Children 3 and younger must be accompanied by an adult caregiver.
Friday
Baby and Kids' Yoga-Crawlers & Walkers: 10 a.m. For ages birth-5. Babies and small children are natural yogis and yoginis (ever heard of happy baby pose?) With children as young as 4 weeks old, caregivers can work with their little ones to practice developmentally appropriate yoga poses. Don't worry if your little one is always on the go, the instructor works with the energy of the children and tailors the class accordingly. Moves stimulate the brain, encourage proper alignment, help with digestion and sleep patterns, teach calming breath work, encourage early critical thinking skills, and foster the love of physical fitness at a young age. All children should attend with an adult caregiver and dress ready to stretch and move.

After-Hours Movie-Poltergeist: 6 p.m. For ages 11-17. They're here. Join our Teen Advisory Board for a special after-hours showing of the 1982 supernatural classic Poltergeist. We'll even provide the movie snacks. This film is rated PG. Please enter the library through the back door. Refreshments will be served.

Inch by Inch, Row by Row, We're Gonna Make This Garden Grow: 2 p.m. For all ages. Westminster Branch Library has a garden plot in the Westminster Community Garden, located at East Middle School/Skate Park Gardens. And because hands-on gardening is the perfect way for families to get outside and get their hands dirty, among other things, we'd like you to join us in the garden. Each gardening season offers unique and engaging activities, so each week in the library garden will be different. There will be lots of garden-related activities throughout the growing season, and each week's activity will be guided by library staff. Come grow with us. Work clothes are recommended. Children must be accompanied by an adult. Please meet at East Middle School/Skate Park Gardens, weather permitting. A Celebrating America program.

Come Learn with Me @ the Library-Alphabetic Principle: 10:30 a.m. For ages birth-5. Please join us for a playgroup for children and their caretakers to learn and play together. This special program will feature a variety of play centers and will include time for reading, artwork, lots of play and plenty of surprises, all while building skill development and school readiness. Space is limited and registration is required. Please register children only, but an adult is expected to attend with the child. In partnership with the Kiwanis Club of Westminster.

Dye Eggs the Natural Way: 10 a.m. For all ages. Learn how to make beautiful naturally dyed eggs. We will color our eggs the old-fashioned way using items found in your kitchen like spices, juice, and onion skins. Materials will be provided. Children 3 and younger must be accompanied by an adult caregiver.
Monday
Alphabet Train-Letter M: 11 a.m. For ages 3-6. Climb aboard each week to explore a different letter of the alphabet through books, songs, and activities. All adult caregivers are welcome.
What Type of Grain?: 2 p.m. For ages 8-12. Come and explore the exciting world of grains. How many grains are there and what do we eat them in? Is that whole grain snack really as healthy as we think? Find out as we explore what to look for when choosing whole grain snacks as we explore the world of grains. Refreshments will be served. Only kids need to register.
Downton Abbey Tea: 7 p.m. For adults. Join us at the Finksburg Branch as Gypsy's Tea Room entertains us with a three course tea straight from the era of Downton Abbey. Dress for a tea, such as a hat and gloves, is encouraged. Refreshments will be served. Refreshments will be served.
