The Baltimore Orioles announced today they will host "A Celebration of Earl" at Camden Yards on Saturday, April 20. The ceremony, which will include a video tribute and guest speakers, will begin at 2 p.m.

Admission to the event is free and complementary parking will be available in Lot B/C. Guest speakers for the event will include Brooks Robinson, Frank Robinson, Rick Dempsey, Buck Showalter, National Baseball Hall of Fame President Jeff Idelson, and Earl's son, Mike Weaver.

Gates A and H will open at 1 p.m. The ballpark will close after the event and reopen at 5 p.m. for that night's game against the Los Angeles Dodgers.

Weaver passed away in January at the age of 82. In addition to the ceremony, the Orioles will wear a patch on their right uniform sleeve all season to honor the former Baltimore manager.
